Hope House, Yarm, Stockton on Tees

This house was built in the late 16th or early 17th century. The other half of it was sliced off when the railway viaduct was built. A plaque inside also suggests that it is the oldest house in Yarm.

Several steam trains standing at the station platforms, with the Victorian station buildings in the background.Slough Station booking hall, booking office and travel centre were built in 1882. The Great Western Railway from London to Bristol was built in the 1830s and the first Slough Station opened in 1840. The present station is the fifth one and was built when the number of lines was increased.
