Description

The building was designed by architects, Wallis, Gilbert and Partners in 1937 - 1942 for Simmonds Aerocessories. In 1947 it was converted into offices for the British Overseas Airways Corporation. In 1955-6 and 1960 it was altered to the designs of R Gallanaugh for Beechams.

This image was catalogued in 2013 as part of a pilot project funded by the John Laing Charitable Trust.
