Copy of a plan and elevations of the proposed Shelter for the Signal Party at Tynemouth Castle Battery
- Date:
- 11 Jan 1912
- Location:
- Tynemouth Castle, Battery, Tynemouth, North Tyneside
- Reference:
- MP/TYN0054
- Type:
- Measured Drawing

The original that this copy was made from was damaged by repeated folding and this obscures much of the detail. The plan in the upper left-hand corner shows the position of tables and lying down accommodation for six men. The front elevation in the bottom left and sketch in the top right show the position of windows in the structure and the materials it would be made from. The section in the lower right shows the height of bed boards, brackets and windows within the shelter. The item bears various former reference numbers and the date 11th Jan 1912 as well as the stamp 'OFFICE COPY' in red ink at the lower edge.
