A note in the upper right-hand corner states that this item was separated from 'Northern 5/256' (probably another reference number) and there is a War Office stamp just below with this reference number repeated. The date is given in the lower right-hand corner as 20th March 1914. The plan to the left-hand side records materials used in building the shelter.
