The earliest date of the original drawing appears to have been 31st July 1934 as recorded in the lower right-hand corner. A table in the lower left corner details the dates that various amendments were made. Plans of the mezzanine to fourth-floors are shown to the left and the first-floors of the buildings in relation to one another with the function of the various rooms marked to the right.
