On 3rd April 1913, Annie Briggs, Lillian Forrester and Evelyn Manesta attacked some of the pictures in the Manchester Art Gallery as part of the 'votes for women' campaign, including some of its most famous Pre-Raphaelite and late Victorian works held by the gallery. Item DP220485 has not been catalogued due to model release issues.
