Description
The collection contains photography, primarily prints, in a variety of forms that was produced by English Heritage photographers, researchers and surveyors in the process of their work. The photographs form a continuation of the 'Blue Folders' series, mostly containing prints made from English Heritage Photo Library negatives from 1984 onwards. The images also include photographs taken by investigators used to inform their archaeological and architectural research, and of surveyors to show structural analysis or the progress of conservation and restoration.
Archival History
The collection contains material deposited with the NMR by English Heritage regional departments from 2007 onwards.
