Description

A survey commissioned by a steering committee headed by Jane Wade and contracted out originally to Keystone Historic Building Consultants, a group of architectural recorders based in Exeter, part funded by Kent County Council, begun circa 1990. It is believed that initials on the Keystone reports in the buildings files are JC - Jo Cox, JT - John Thorp and SWP (name not known), who were surveyors working for Keystone.
