Description

This second edition sales brochure includes particulars, plans and conditions of sale of the Bourn Hall Estate in the parishes of Bourn and Boxworth. As well as descriptions of Bourn Hall and grounds (including a print showing the east front of the hall), the brochure also lists estate farms, two public houses and over seventy cottages and shops. Only named sites have been listed within this record. The other cottages and businesses are identifiable from numbers on the enclosed plan, along with a schedule describing the properties and detailing tenants, rents, acreage and cultivation for each.
