Set Sail into the Future of UK Maritime Heritage

The Historic England-led Unpath’d Waters research project explored the UK's maritime heritage collections. It involved over 25 partner organizations, contributing expertise and data. The project aimed to increase interaction with maritime heritage, developing digital solutions for easier access to records and finding ways to engage broader audiences. It was part of the Towards a National Collection programme funded by UKRI’s Arts and Humanities Research Council and ran from 2022 to 2024.
