Jackfield Tile Museum, Broseley, Shropshire
This building was built between 1871-74. It was built by Charles Lynam for the Craven Dunnill Tile Company. It was one of the major Victorian tile factories. It was built to meet the growing demand for decorative tiles. It was particularly noted for its replica medieval floor tiles. These were used in the restoration of many churches, including Chester Cathedral.
