Maltings, Bassingbourn Cum Kneesworth, Cambridgeshire

This building was originally constructed in the 16th century and incorporates an original wool hall. It was formerly part of Clear farm. It has had a variety of uses. It has been a coach house, bakehouse and malting kiln. It survived an arson attack by discontented farm labourers in 1849.
