Number 2 Heapstead, Annesley Colliery, Nottinghamshire

The colliery was sunk in 1865 and opened in 1867 by the Annesley Colliery Company. It was sold 1925 to the New Hucknall Colliery Company. It is notable for its Daglish and Worsley Mesnes engines.
