Poster campaign to preserve Oxford, Oxfordshire
Henry Taunt was active in local politics. He printed this poster in October 1911 to urge citizens to oppose the visual intrusion of overhead tram wires in Oxford. Taunt's fears were not realised, as three years later Oxford adopted motor buses.
