Royal Albert Hall and the Prince Consort Statue, Kensington Gore, London

The Prince Consort Statue lies in front of the Albert Hall. The statue originally stood in the Royal Horticultural Society Gardens and was built by Joseph Durham in 1863. It was moved to this site in 1899. The Albert Hall opened in 1871.
