Sibsey Trader Mill, Frithville Road, Sibsey, Lincolnshire

This tower mill replaced an earlier post mill. The mill is six sailed with an Ogee cap and was built in 1877 by Sanderson and Son of Louth. The mill stopped using wind power in 1954 and engine driven mill stones were added in the late 20th century. The mill was restored to working order in 1981 by the Department of the Environment. This site is now in the care of English Heritage (2010).
