St Leonard's Tower, St Leonards Street, West Malling, Kent

St Leonard's Tower was built by Gundulf Bishop of Rochester in 1077-1108 as his fortified residence or castle. It is one of the best existing examples of an Early Norman Keep surviving almost to its original height. This site is managed by West Maling Parish Council. Find out more.
