Wren Nest Mill, High Street, Glossop, Derbyshire
This cotton spinning mill dates from around 1840. It has an engine house inside. The earliest mill on this site was built around 1800 for Lord Howard's agent Matthew Ellinson. The mill was damaged by fire in 1996 and subsequently reduced in size. It was converted into 72 luxury apartments and a shopping centre in 2006.
