Description

This 16-storey block of Sectra flats housing 94 dwellings was built by Laing's Birmingham Region for the Borough of Warley with work starting in 1966. The site on which it stood also included four-storey blocks of Easiform maisonettes and a split level car park with parking for every tenant. The maisonettes and tower block have subsequently been demolished.
